[local eating] Red Fire winter share (4/4)

If I hadn't already signed up with Enterprise Farm, I likely would've gotten their deep winter share, which continues the twice-monthly Friday afternoon pickups through March. Since I didn't, it's the end of the Red Fire veggies until June.
One gripe: I'd ordered a half bushel of onions, and they didn't show. I might try again, but not for the next delivery, since January 15 afternoon is already booked.

• a head of cabbage (I chose a medium red one)
  
• a pound and a quarter of parsnips
