Shabbat menu

- hummus, olives
- vegetable soup with chicken (a large onion, a head of garlic, a bunch of collards, four sweet potatoes, a glug of white wine, red lentils, barley, a bit of black pepper, two chicken wings and a chicken breast)
- the other pieces from an eighth'd chicken roasted with onion, garlic, carrots, prunes, dried apricots, eighth'd tangerines, nutmeg, ginger, and black pepper
- baked delicata squash
- zucchini sauteed with onion, minced garlic, dill, and thyme
- Trader Joe's "Harvest Grains Blend" of multi-colored orzo (yeah, not a grain), split baby garbanzo beans, and red quinoa (read: this week's new find at TJ's)
- spiced double chocolate bread pudding, chocolate chips added to chocolate bread bits, also allspice, nutmeg, and ginger
- dried fruit, nuts, tea
Note: nightshade-free meal.
