Fire and ice

Heat and ice, anyway. Sculptures are appearing on Boston Common for First night. One is a huge ice sculpture (I wonder what the plan would've been had the weather stayed warm?), and the others are all white shrinkwrap over a variety of frames, made to fit by applying heat guns of some sort. No clue if the plan is to keep them white, color them, or use colored lights.
