This afternoon's giggle came from the USPS FAQ, which includes the question
How do I address a letter to Santa Claus or God? Because addressing your letter properly ensures it will get to the "proper place." (Which is where?)

And it's not often that you can just replace Santa Claus with God... ("Letters to God can be addressed in the same way replacing "Santa Claus" with "God".")

Canada Post (which has as good a claim as anyone to handle delivery to the North Pole) has a special postal code for letters to Santa: H0H 0H0.

Now I'm wondering if there's someone whose job it is to answer all the letters... and whether I'd get a better answer sending to the North Pole or in the US. Hmmm... (What would you call that position, anyway?)
