Vanishing downtown wildlife

Not only is the bear gone, but the swan from the Women's Association has been taken from the door, too.

I hadn't noticed the missing swan. Darn.

(I liked the swan--maybe it'll end up in a museum somewhere?)

I have no idea when the swan left, and I'm annoyed at myself for not having taken a photo of it when it was up; that's a gorgeous entrance.

I agree that the bear was icky. It's been moved the the floating Children's Hospital (somewhere or other in Boston). I guess some people like it....

The bear has returned to its native habitat - a Studebaker.
