Farmer's market splurging

magidI went to the farmer's market with the idea of getting onions and tomatoes.
I failed, for I got no tomatoes. I do, however, have some onions.
I also have some gorgeous mesclun with nasturtiums, some cute little purple eggplants, two clubs of Brussels sprouts, and hen of the woods! I've never had it before, though I've heard lovely things. Any suggestions for what would be the perfect thing to make with it would be most appreciated.
