For Gregory Maguire readers

The Boston Globe is publishing a six-part serialization of a story by Gregory Maguire (yup, the one who wrote Wicked, among other books). The story is called "Gangster Teeth," and the first part is Tollbooth Orphan (the other five parts come out on the coming Tuesdays). Other than some annoyingly interpolated notes on words the editors thought kids wouldn't know (and of course couldn't look up for themselves... *snerk*), I rather liked it.
