Old car, new car
Feb. 21st, 2003 10:49 amAccording to the missives in my mail box, my now-deceased car needs its 75,000-mile checkup. There's a recall on it as well, for something to do with the airbags. Just as well I don't have it any longer, I suppose. *snerk*
On the new car front, I finally got new plates on the car (5686 ZK; nothing particularly memorable at all). I have to get it inspected (today, hopefully), and get a new Cambridge sticker on it (plus a new visitor pass; I've been rather lazy). And that should wrap things up for the car stuff, for a long while, anyway.
(Btw, this new car is officially *green*. Yes, it is. Doesn't matter that it looks black to me, the RMV says it's green.)
So, what do you think of when you see "S & M"? Sales and Marketing, right? Such interesting acronyms at work...
[1840 02/22 update: I managed to get the new Cambridge sticker and visitor pass, but not the inspection. Plus I now have to make a trip to the RMV after all to get a form stamped to send in to Cambridge along with a letter from the insurance company so I don't have to pay the excise tax on the old car. Just when I think it's almost over... *sigh*]
