Leaves, the sequel (aka veggies, week 5)

magidThis week the magic box of veggies included:
a lot of pac choi (apparently that's what I got last week, when I thought it was bok choi)
2 small heads of cauliflower
2 smallish heads of lettuce
a BIG bunch of arugula
a large yellow summer squash that's much bumpier than any I've seen (it has warts!)
I left a bunch of cilantro behind: I can't eat fresh cilantro, nor can I stand the smell, which to me is garbage-like. I know there are lots of people who love it; I wish I were one.
Though this list may be shorter than other weeks' lists, the box was still a full one...
