• eight Asian-style eggplant
  
• six red field tomatoes
  
• six small heads of Napa cabbage
  
• six ears of organic corn (Warner Farm)
  
• eight Gingergold apples (Apex Orchard)

First thoughts include some kind of stir fry with Napa, scallions, and eggplant; corn-tomato salad; and kale salad.
