Made for shabbat
Nov. 9th, 2014 10:57 am- roasted sweet potato cubes and red onion with cumin, then baked with black bean stuff made earlier this week, topped with cheddar
- roasted cabbage and onion
- kohlrabi and apple salad with mustard dressing (using leftover brine for beet pickles)
- fridge-pickled red-skinned turnip
I also sliced up the other half of the cabbage, mixing it with yellow miso paste, also some sugar and salt. I'll likely add a bit more of those today, once I've tasted how it's progressed, and add some carrots, maybe some kohlrabi.
