- hummus, olives (if I feel like it)
- potato-leek soup
- spicy noodles with peas and carrots (cashew-macadamia butter + Szechuan spicy sauce)
- roasted cauliflower
- sauteed broccoli and carrot with garlic
- (maybe) green salad with red leaf lettuce, red cabbage, orange, feta, black pepper, and slivered almonds
- fruit, nuts, tea
