At the Butcherie this morning I noticed that there are now three brands of kosher Indian meals (the shelf-stable kind in pouches): Tasty Bite has been joined by Kohinoor and Kitchens of India (which also has non-kosher products). I know a lot of Indian food is easily made kosher, but I'm a bit surprised that there are multiple Indian firms interested in kosher certification (both the new ones have the hechsher of Kosher Inspection Service of India).
