Boston Organics delivery

Large box, all veggies.

• five large artichokes
  
• two bunches of arugula
  
• a bunch of spinach
  
• a head of cauliflower
  
• four sweet potatoes
  
• seven yellow onions
  
• one huge golden beet

I still have the smaller red beets from last week; I think a tray of roasted beets is in my future. That's the likely destination for the cauliflower, too. Perhaps pasta with some of the greens and some chickpeas.
