• Shabbat dinner (flatbreads with flax seed meal, steelhead trout fillet roasted with wasabi, steamed green beans with toasted sesame oil and ginger vinegar, cucumber salad, nominally green salad (mesclun, yellow and red tomatoes, black olives, feta cheese, with a balsamic vinaigrette), seared tuna steak marinated in lime juice and olive oil, blueberries)
