Shakespeare sonnets

Tonight there's going to be a reading of all 154 of Shakespeare's sonnets, at the Copley BPL's Rabb lecture hall. A variety of people will be reading: people signed up for their favorites.

Day of fools

Well, not so many fools, actually. I signally lacked the appropriate impishness of the day (made more boringly responsible by running the department meeting yesterday (now no longer needing the videoconference room, at least)). Feh.

I just saw some fabulous black-and-white cinematography-themed stamps, celebrating all different aspects of the field. My cow-orker just bought them; I need to ask when I next get stamps if there's anything other than the flags they always offer me...
