one-handed cooking
Mar. 11th, 2002 06:23 pmin the actual applying heat to food category, i seem to be rice-focused: yesterday i made a greek lemon(-lime) rice pudding, and tonight managed a sort of rice casserole with all sorts of add-ins (eggs, chopped spinach, the end of some cheddar, the end of some farmer cheese, salsa, tuna, and capers) that i think is rather successful, amazingly.
at some point i will be taking up people's kind offers of cooking/ veggie prep, just as soon as i run out of rice inspiration :-)... (rice wins over pasta since it doesn't need to be drained.)
