First thoughts: it's yomtov again in less than two hours. Maybe some of this will be cooked on chag. I signed up for the winter share through Stone Soup, preferring non-boxed, every other week over another farm's every week boxed share.

I recently made a vegetable dish I really liked. I cooked thinly sliced mushromms and leeks until they were thoroughly sweated, then turned up the heat and added several handfuls of turnip and dandelion greens, a bunch of black pepper, and sseveral pinches of hot pepper. I also added about 1/4 cup water and 2 tbsp fish sauce, but salt could be added instead, or smushed anchovies. I kept stirring until the greens were cooked through too and there we were!
