• a huge bag of spinach (maybe a pound?)
  
• a huge bag of kale (same size as spinach, presumably weighing more; I swapped this for more garlic)

First thoughts: carrot-radish slaw, maybe with some cabbage; garlicky sauted spinach; baked sweet potatoes, maybe with some kind of tahini topping; leek-carrot broth, possibly with some of the rest of the veggies in it; maybe the farm-suggested recipe of chickpeas with leeks, spinach, and smoked paprika.
