Farm share, week 1

This year, I'm getting an unboxed full-sized share from Stone Soup Farm. The first week is unsurprisingly green!

• two medium-small heads of green cabbage
  
• a pound and a half of garlic scapes
  
• four stalks of broccoli (lots of leaves)
  
• four big bunches of greens, green curly kale/collards/Swiss chard (I chose all kale)
  
• a pound of spinach (I traded for another pound or so of garlic scapes)

I'm not cooking for Shabbat; first thoughts include pickled scapes (maybe I can find a relish recipe?); getting a lot of potatoes for colcannon with cabbage and/or kale; sauted broccoli with tofu; kale salad dressed with tahini and lemon.
