Winter farm share, pickup 11 of 12

• a bottle of hot sauce (given away at distribution site; Passover)
  
• a box of pea shoots (ditto; I wasn't sure whether the shoots are considered kitniyot as well, and don't like them enough to find out)
  
• three big russet potatoes
  
• six carrots
  
• four chioggia beets
  
• a big bag of spinach
  
• a big bag of mixed salad greens (from Queens Greens)

First thought: salad with the salad greens (of course), saute the spinach with mushrooms, pickle the carrots and beets, which has the added benefit of making pickles for next Passover if I make them before turning the kitchen over sometime next week.
