• a two-ounce container of onion sprouts
  
• a four-ounce container of broccoli sprouts
  
• four ears of popcorn
  
• twenty big orange carrots
  
• thirteen white potatoes

First thoughts: spinach salad with sprouts, avocado, cara cara orange, and olives; mashed potatoes with spinach; roasted carrots.

That's a lot of carrots! Good thing they keep for a while. :-)

(I made a carrot-ginger soup with a carrot bounty a couple months ago that came out decently. It used orange juice too. I found it via Google.)

I still have carrots from the last pickup, and probably the one before that as well.... based on the emails, the farmer really loves carrots himself :-). Thanks for the soup suggestion; it definitely is a useful direction to head in.
