• two big heads of red leaf lettuce

• a big bunch broccoli raab
  
• three small yellow onions
  
• two heads of garlic
  
• a small head of cauliflower
  
• a big butternut squash
  
• sixteen medium potatoes
  
• a bunch of rosemary

First thought: bake slices of squash on puff pastry with feta and rosemary.
