• one bunch of cilantro (given away at the pickup site)

• two long green peppers and two purple bell peppers
  
• two golden zucchini
  
• two heads of Napa cabbage
  
• eight medium-small sweet potatoes
  
• three substantial leeks
  
• golden oyster mushrooms

First thoughts: kale salad; fennel-zucchini relish with lemon; sauerkraut of some sort, and/or a cabbage salad with spicy peanut sauce; baked squash (maybe with salsa, since I have some open); sweet potatoes baked with turkey breast and cranberries; leeks in lieu of onions.
