Farm share, week 2

• a small head of green cabbage
  
• two tiny pickling cucumbers
  
• two summer squash (I chose zucchini)
  
• two celeriac (!)
  
• 12 small carrots
  
• two heads of red lettuce (I chose Boston over frillier leaves)
  
• a bag of mixed braising greens
  
• eight shallots
  
• a big handful of garlic scapes
  
• a bunch of dill
  
• a bunch of chard (I chose red-stemmed)
  
• a bunch (three) purple kohlrabi with greens
  
• a third of a pound of chestnut mushrooms (?)

Thoughts: a batch of sauerkraut. Saute all the greens with some allium, make a crustless greens dish with some dill and feta. Lots of green salad with salad, cuke, dill, etc.
