Farm share, week 3

• two small yellow summer squashes
  
• three pickling or one large cuke (I chose pickling)
  
• a bunch of red beets with greens
  
• a head of green-leaf lettuce
  
• a head of other lettuce (there was a name on the board I didn't recognize; all the ones in the relevant bin were more like red oak or almost frisee-like leaves; I chose the one like red oak)
  
• ten garlic scapes
  
• a bunch of dill
  
• [a bunch of kale; in brackets because the site ran out; the person in charge has noted it so I'll get something to make it up next week]
  
  Not an impressive week, especially compared to last week.
  
  First thoughts: green salad, of course. Sauteed beet greens with walnuts and feta. Cucumber-dill salad, or fridge pickles. The rest is easily finished.
