Food for Shabbat

- veg melange 1: sweet potatoes, collards, onions, mushrooms, and vegan sausage, plus a bit of cumin
- veg melange 2: eggplant, onion, red pepper
- cucumber salad with red onion and dill
- chicken thighs baked with onions, Brussels sprouts, mushrooms, walnuts, raisins, and some sourdough bread bits
- membrillo, dried figs, clementines
Of note: first fleishigs of the year.
