Food for Shabbat

- corn chowder
- roasted sweet potato cubes with onion, cumin, black pepper, cinnamon, and cayenne
- baked slices of eggplant
- this week's improv vegetable dish: snack-bag-sized log of frozen roasted summer squash from last year, pieces of mushrooms on either side of it, tomato sauce atop the mushrooms, and a large spoonful of ricotta both sides as well
I'm feeling too lazy to bake something for dessert, but I still have a grapefruit, so that's a possibility.
