- rice with canned chickpeas, juice from garlicky green olives (possibly to be garnished later withsalsa)
- roasted summer squash (one striped golden, on zucchini) and Vidalia onion with fresh oregano and black pepper
- mix'n'match green salad fixings, depending on what appeals: green and red leaf lettuce, kohlrabi, hard-boiled egg, tuna, pickled garlic scapes, spicy pickled wax beans, pickled radish bits (and/or a variety of other pickles that aren't yet opened), balsamic'd strawberries, boiled potato cubes with wilted bits of scallions and chives, black salt-cured olives, nuts; dressing ingredients might include shiso rice vinegar,, strawberry balsamic vinegar, olive oil, mustard, black pepper, and/or a variety of spices
Also available: garlic hummus, grapes, peaches.
To bring to seudah shlishit: a pint of pickled carrot, watermelon radish, and garlic.
