Date: 2009-11-27 04:55 pm (UTC)The individual ones are just the pie filling baked in individual Pyrex cups, um, 'until done.' I think I had the oven at 350 F, and I'm pretty sure it was > 20 minutes, but really, I did it by look (and likely slightly overcooked them, because the stuff bubbles so much it's hard to tell whether it's cooked or not). Ideally I should probably bake them in a hot water bath, but I don't have the right pans for that, so I don't.
Only for people who really really like lemons, including peel. (If someone doesn't like marmalade, for instance, this is not for them.)
