- not-ratatouille (roasted eggplant, red pepper*^, and onion*^ with sauteed onion* and mushroom, plus fresh basil*^)
- boneless skinless chicken thighs marinated in boozy gingery apricot^ stuff and baked
- vegan chocolate cake with cinnamon
- apricot liqueurs
- nuts, gingergold apples^

The non-ratatouille worked quite well.
Plenty of leftover sweet potatoes, enough that some went to lunch chez Imperfects.
I should've added more ginger spread to the chicken marinade; it was ok, but too unremittingly sweet overall.
I left the cake in a few minutes longer than I'd wanted.
The apricot liqueurs apparently do quite well poured over cake :-).
The apples weren't included after dinner after all.
