Peek is a verb about seeing.
Peak is a noun or adjective about extremes.
Pique is also a noun, but about negative emotion.

Script is joined-up writing, or what is used in a theater (until the players go off book, that is :-).
Scrip is what the doctor writes, or something used in lieu of cash.

Thank you.

Huzzah for all the couples in California who can choose to marry now.

Good stuff, though I can't help but point out that pique can also be a verb. :)

Cheers to all the newly marriedfolk.

I've seen so many people who are otherwise quite fine with spelling getting those peek-peak-pique confused, and it annoys me to no end. But to tell you the truth, I didn't know scrip was a word. Is it short for prescription? (Oh, I see m-w also says it's a small writing.)

It drives me batty to see people's interest peeked (etc.).

I think I knew about scrip early on because my paternal grandfather was a pharmacist. It's amazing how many aspiring playwright doctors there are out there :-).

Peak can also be a verb, meaning to reach an extreme state of sensation. But it's much less common, especially in formal writing.

True enough.

Apparently I really should have checked the dictionary for completeness!
