- soup: yellow eye steuben beans, collards, sauteed onions, sweet potato, mushrooms, the end of a bottle of Teal Lake shiraz, a lot of garlic, oregano, thyme, black pepper, and oregano dumplings
- tofu marinated in Szechuan spicy sauce and sauteed with lots of onion and some zucchini
- red sauerkraut
- hardboiled eggs
- compote: dried apricots, prunes, dried plums, orange and its zest, fresh plums, and crystallized ginger cooked in grape juice
