Shabbat food

- soup: peregion beans, already-sauteed onions and leeks, collards, fingerling potatoes, turnip, dried woodears, black pepper, all roughly pureed
- baked sweet potatoes
- broccoli sauteed with onions (but no fresh water chestnuts, because I ran out of time)
- chicken baked with apricot-peach-passionfruit preserves mixed with tamari
