Tiny, ethereal flakes, blowing every which way in the wind, not enough to dampen the ground, much less accumulate. Even so, a harbinger of the coming season.

We saw a few when we got off our bus this morning. We saw a bit more in Buffalo on Saturday evening though.

I assume Buffalo is at least a week or two closer to winter than Boston, given the climate.

When I thought I saw snow this morning, I was told "the the next town over was just really dusty and it was the dust from them that I was seeing".
