Food for Shabbat
Oct. 26th, 2007 04:52 pm- grape liquid, whole wheat rolls
- hummus, olives
- roasted potatoes, onions, and cauliflower
- sauteed onions, sweet potatoes, garlic, criminis, and kale (with black pepper and hot sauce)
- pizza-like object class 1: multi-grain bread topped with already-baked delicata squash, caramelized onions, arugula, Kalamata olives, feta, and black pepper
- pizza-like object class 2: multi-grain bread topped with sun-dried tomatoes, sauteed onions-criminis-red pepper-zucchini, and cheddar
If I get inspired later, the extra sauteed veggies might end up in a green salad with tomatoes and hard-boiled eggs.

What a nice menu.
Have a good Shabbat.

Date: 2007-10-28 01:14 am (UTC)No, they're generic dried tomatoes, from the 5-lb bag I found at the Butcherie for far too little a while back. I haven't yet decided on something 'special' enough for the ones I made.
I had a pleasant Shabbat. I hope yours was good too.
