It started snowing a couple of minutes ago, large flakes swirling down, that are no more focused on making it to the ground. I wonder how long it will last. And of course, this is the day I'm going to meander downtown.
There were more precipitation events later in the day: rain, hail, snow again, hail again. Plus sun in between. I think Boston loses on the weather variability scale...
It was pretty, and didn't stick. The second batch of hail, though, seems to have started transmogrifying into black ice, which is not nearly so nice... But I am having a great time, seeing the city, and managing a lot of exercise (I'm hoping it'll be enough to keep me moving this much when I get home again, though there will be that pesky time-sink known as work...).
