challah (with flaxseed meal, multi-grain flakes, oat bran, some barley flour and some corn meal)
salmon fillets with ginger-scallion sauce
green salad (with red leaf lettuce, arugula, tomatoes, cucumbers, nuts, scallions, feta, and a couple of nasturtiums)
roasted root veggies (potato, beet, and carrot)
fruit (peaches, kiwis, and raspberries) and chocolate
I had thought to make some other stuff, but it's too hot.
eta Last-minute out-of-town guest, so chard with shiitakes and garlic, also olives and zaatar.
