Boston Organics delivery
May. 10th, 2006 06:48 pmLarge box, 2/3 veg.
Lots of stuff, and I'm not sure what I'll make with it all, especially because I'm out for the next three nights.
- one bunch red chard
- one bunch medium scallions
- one big bunch Savoy spinach
- one five-ounce box of herb salad mix (not sure why it's called herb mix when it doesn't have basil :-) (I have a lot of the salas mix from left from last week; cold and rainy hasn't inspired me to salad.)
- a head of cauliflower
- two heads of garlic
- a bunch of broccoli (I'm almost caught up on broccoli...)
- two smallish zucchinis
- a small bag (six ounces, maybe?) of crimini mushrooms
- two large lemons
- four Red Bartlett pears
- three Valencia oranges
- a pink grapefruit
- a small Asian pear (!)
Lots of stuff, and I'm not sure what I'll make with it all, especially because I'm out for the next three nights.

Date: 2006-05-11 03:20 am (UTC)About the salad mixes from last week- if you think it will go bad before you get around to it, we're totally willing to take it off your hands. Our Gerbil (who is really a guinea pig) has aquired a taste for it, and squeals whenever he hears us near the fridge. We don't even have enough for us anymore...
