How very cool: an exhibit about the Great Barrier Reef, made of crocheted hyperbolic pieces.

Also, a book to consider getting: A Field Guide to Hyperbolic Space, which includes "a brief history of hyperbolic space and a field guide to its crocheted manifestations."

I do. I haven't had as much time for it lately as I'd like, but I am currently working on a blanket when I can find the time.

I've never managed anything as large as a blanket!

I've made hundreds of kippot (well over 100, anyway), some hats, some bags, and a bunch of jewelry (chokers and bracelets).

I've played with some hyperbolic stuff, making some hyperbolic spheres that I used as closures for chokers, but nothing as involved as this stuff.
