- three garnet yams, one rather large
- an eggplant
- six bananas
- five Bartlett pears
- five honey tangerines
- two navel oranges

Date: 2006-04-16 08:42 pm (UTC)A friend who's diabetic told me that the thinner-skinned types of potatoes have lower GI carbs, but I can imagine it's easier to avoid all potatoes, if those even fit in her diet, anyway.
I love vegetables; in the summer I get a farm share, but the rest of the year I default to weekly organic deliveries.
