  • Modify food intake.
  • Modify number and method of calories burned.
  • Hair reduction.
  • Color change (make-up, hair tinting, tattoos).
  • Organ donation (including blood).
  • Piercing.
  • Surgery.
  • Pregnancy and childbirth.

I need to focus on the second more than the first; I can obsess too much with food, in bad ways (Barbie says, "moderation is hard"), and I suspect I'll never get to the point where I'm exercising too much. Which is to say, all movement good. (Well, as long as it doesn't lead to injury, I suppose.)

Of all these things hair reduction and hair tinting occur naturally over time.

The calorie related stuff (input and output) are ones that require motivational and habit development for them to really work.

I think of both hair things being sometimes involuntary, but often voluntary.

Changing habits is hard. I need to think of exercise, anyway, as integral to good body ownership, not something pushed aside for more social pursuits.

Ooh, one I'd forgotten!
;-)

My favorite was seeing someone with a long fingernail who'd put a hole through it and threaded a bell onto the nail. Of course, my first thought was how they managed to do anything...
