Top voluntary body editing techniques

- Modify number and method of calories burned.
- Hair reduction.
- Color change (make-up, hair tinting, tattoos).
- Organ donation (including blood).
- Piercing.
- Surgery.
- Pregnancy and childbirth.
I need to focus on the second more than the first; I can obsess too much with food, in bad ways (Barbie says, "moderation is hard"), and I suspect I'll never get to the point where I'm exercising too much. Which is to say, all movement good. (Well, as long as it doesn't lead to injury, I suppose.)

My favorite was seeing someone with a long fingernail who'd put a hole through it and threaded a bell onto the nail. Of course, my first thought was how they managed to do anything...
