Found: banana loofah, under a couch cushion.
Suspects: Bitty and Bubblebabble

Seen: rainbows in the spray of sprinklers this morning.

Upgraded: cloudy, scratched plastic has become paned windows that open, at the Charles St. T.

Free: balloon rides (well, ascent and descent, anyway), Saturday June 25, 2-6 pm, on the Common, at the BC Brighton campus, at Mattapan's Hunt-Almont Park, at Roxbury's Franklin Park, at South Boston's Moakley Park, and at West Roxbury's WRHS. It's the next of a series of events celebrating Boston's 375th birthday. (There's a lot more stuff listed at the link.)

Transit: next time I'm Logan-bound, I'm planning to try the new Silver Line bus from South Station; it saves two changes.

Tourism: this summer there'll be a new bus service on weekends to allow car-free exploration of parts of Cape Ann.

The Silver Line saving connections is a particularly big win because it eliminates a bunch of stair climbing and descending with luggage.

I don't know why they improved the windows at Charles/MGH now, as they're in the middle of replacing the station...you'd think they could have done it years ago.

I have to ask: "Bitty and Bubblebabble"?

Er, two people?
(What's the question?)

Exactly, with the Silver Line. Luggage schlepping being minimized is a huge plus in my book.

I don't know, either; the rest of the platform is still in horrible shape, and I think it still leaks. Maybe they had the windows they're going to use in the revised station early, and will reuse?

I just had no idea who (or what!) they might be, and not much context to go by :)
