Farm share, week 16

magid- a half-peck of apples, six of them yellow, the rest red
- a big leek
- a head of red-leaf lettuce
- ten potatoes (a couple of pounds?)
- a delicata squash
- three green peppers (are they still not ripe yet?)
- two beets
- four red onions
- six carrots (a pound?)
- three long thin Asian eggplants, two violet, one white
Realization: holidays always come when the days are maximally shortening, adding to my feeling of missing the autumn.
Going offline momentarily, still have things to cook, etc. Hope everyone has a great half-week, and a chag sameach to those who celebrate.
