I will not be cranky

- The lulavim not being available after work today, despite the email. Not sure when I'll be able to pick it up tomorrow.
- Getting to the bakery in Watertown after it closed.
- Dealing with stupid people driving (really, it's ok to go more than 15 mph in a 25 mph zone). Made worse by the rain.
- A button coming off my suede vest within an hour of first putting it on (anyone know a tailor who works with suede?).
- Rain dissuading me from going to the farmer's market today.
- The rain continuing into tonight, keeping me from putting up the light and the sunshade in the sukkah.
- Baggers who heavily plonk carefully-chosen produce into bags.
- Starting cooking rather later than I should.
- Stress dreams from all there is to do for the holidays. I wish I could do more than just the physical prep, but I've never figured out how, with just me to do everything. Just getting all the other stuff done is a challenge.
pluses
+ Getting next month's T pass without waiting in line.
+ Cranberries in the supermarket! (even if they look like they were harvested a bit before total ripening.)
+ Finding the can opener to bring in to work.
+ Being Tuckerized!
+ Getting a subscription to another theater series (including Noises Off!).
+ Making cranapple sauce.
+ Thoughtful LJ comments.
+ My character's group getting close to finishing their first mission.

* I tend to think of the picture from The Pushcart War, with Wenda Gambling driving her tiny car behind a huge truck.
