Photos, photos, photos
Mar. 3rd, 2004 09:31 pmI picked up 13 rolls of developed film tonight. I knew what most of them were, but there were a few rolls that I'd discovered while cleaning my room that could've been from almost any time.
It turns out they were from the trip to Duck! NC! (really, it does demand that punctuation). Great excitement as I looked through the rolls, especially when I managed to take a nice photo. Happily there are a number of these, though most of them are the nature shots rather than people shots (now I know what I need to work on...). I was particularly pleased to see that the pictures of tracks on the sand came out; I wasn't sure they would be distinct enough. There are some dramatic skyscapes, and a ladybug and her shadow. The clear jellyfish weren't quite as successful.
The other rolls were fun, but not nearly the same excitement value; I've taken all those photos in the last two weeks or so (mostly murals and a certain 2-year-old). It's good to see that they came out reasonably well, too.
