magidMy mom subscribed to Harper's when I was growing up, and I was always fascinated by the Index page, which was just a listing of numbers, interesting numbers, carefully juxtaposed, or interesting due to current events. There were articles, too, but it was always the Index I turned to first. Now Harper's is online, and so is the Index. Also nice is that with one click you can see their sources.
