Cooking in the afternoon

Shabbat dinner for here, Shabbat dinner for friends who may or may not still be at the hospital, plus something for Cthulhia's party. Plus a bit of laundry on the side. Not frantic at all...

already done: 8 challah rolls, 2 buttercup squashes, a tray of roasted sliced potatoes
in progress: another tray of roasted potatoes, two trays of lime-ginger chicken, dough rising for the dead bread (very dairy)
still to do: potato-leek soup, perhaps a salad

That, with the applesauce coming, ought to be enough. Right?
