Penultimate veggies (week 19)

magidAnd next week is supposed to be a double-sized share. This week's stuff:
a big bunch of curly kale
a big bunch of chioggia beets with greens
a medium bunch of collards
a medium bunch of mixed salad greens
an acorn squash
a buttercup squash
2 eggplants
3 small, mostly green, bell peppers
6 salsify roots
3 medium leeks
3 biggish carrots
There were also more hot peppers and/or mizuna to take, for them's that wanted. I passed.
Plant joy: seeing that the lavender at work had put out whole sprigs with large leaves I hadn't even seen before. Seeing how many shoots the ginger has sent up (9!).
